Braxton Mitchell of Schnellville, 6, perched upon a small ladder while Ashley Wollenmann of Bretzville browsed the flowers at Welp’s Farm and Greenhouse in Birdseye on Tuesday. Joyce and Jack Welp hosted a flowerpot and windowbox demonstration through Birdseye Branch Library, and grandson Braxton was on hand to help.
