Pickup trucks collide in FerdinandMay 7, 2020

FERDINAND — No injuries were reported when two pickup trucks collided Wednesday evening at a Ferdinand intersection.
David H. Oeding, 72, Ferdinand, was southbound on Virginia Street in a 1994 Ford Ranger when the 6:41 p.m. mishap occurred at Ninth Street, according to the Ferdinand Police Department.
Oeding proceeded into the Ninth Street intersection but did not see an eastbound 2017 Toyota Tacoma driven by Rosy M. Chamu, 39, Huntington Beach, California, until the vehicles collided, according to police.
Damage was estimated at $3,500 to the Chamu Toyota and $150 to the Oeding Ford.
Both vehicles were able to be driven from the scene.
No citations were issued.
