Patsy Jewell Eckert, 82, Eckerty
October 12, 2020Patsy Jewell Eckert, age 82, of Eckerty, Indiana, passed away at 10:10 p.m., on Thursday, October 8, 2020, at Deaconess Gateway Hospital in Newburgh.

She was born March 20, 1938, in Crawford County, Indiana, to Guy and Ruth Kendall; and married Gordon Ray Eckert on March 29, 1958, in Wickliffe. Patsy was preceded in death by her husband, who died on July 4, 2020; and one son, Tony Eckert, who died in 1985.
She is survived by two daughters, Karen Smith of Eckerty and Connie Campbell of Eckerty; one son and daughter-in-law, Matt (Tonya) Eckert of Schnellville; one sister, Betty Schultz of Mentor; by (7) grandchildren and (5) great-grandchildren.
Private visitation and graveside services will be held on Tuesday, October 13, 2020, at the Nass & Son Funeral Home in Huntingburg with burial to follow at Mentor Cemetery near Birdseye. Condolences may be shared online at www.nassandson.com.
