PAC softball all-conference squad full of local flair

The Pocket Athletic Conference announced its all-conference selections for softball on Monday afternoon with plenty of local athletes honored.

Local all-conference selections were Southridge infielder Kennedy Nalley, Forest Park infielder Macie Zink, Forest Park catcher Kennedy Sermersheim, Heritage Hills infielder Lauren Caswell and Heritage Hills pitcher Emma Eubank.

Southridge outfielder Peyton Nalley and Forest Park utility athlete Kylie Giesler were both selected to the honorable mention roster.

Other all-conference selections were Gibson Southern catcher Brenna Blume, Gibson Southern pitcher Lyndsi Adamson, Tecumseh outfielder Kaybree Oxley, Pike Central outfielder Lauren Vaughn, South Spencer outfielder AJ Middleton, Gibson Southern infielder Hannah Long, North Posey utility player Megan Brenton, Gibson Southern utility player Lauren Lingafelter and South Spencer utility player Ashton Rasor.

Also selected to the honorable mention roster was South Spencer catcher Jordan Daming, Tecumseh pitcher Ashtyn Green, Gibson Southern outfielder Colby Rogers, Tecumseh infielder Kinsly Heichelbech, Tecumseh utility player Reagan Hight, North Posey utility player Haley Lowe, North Posey utility player Rylie Farr and South Spencer utility player Karlee Frobeter.
