School classes are finished for the year for our students. It has been a trying year for both teachers and students because of the coronaviris.
The Memorial Day service at Zoar Cemetery will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, May 24, by the Holland American Legion Post 343.
June 14 will be the date for in-person church services to begin. The morning service will start at 9 a.m.
The Mosquito Fest Committee has been meeting and working on details for the Aug. 7 and 8 festival.
The Tin Fest Car Show will be held Saturday, June 13, at the Lockhart Township Community Center in Stendal. Cars, trucks, tractors and anything with wheels may be entered. Entry times are from 9 a.m. to noon. Food will be available. The slogan for the event is “Stendal — just a little drive away.”
Just a reminder! The Golf Scramble-Putting Against Cancer will be held Saturday, June 27, at the Huntingburg Country Club Golf Course.
