Eric and Keelie Dall, Jasper, have a new little princess in their home. She was born April 2 at Memorial Hospital and Health Care in Jasper. She weighed 6 pounds, 14 ounces and is 20 1/4 inches long. She has been given the name Elsie Kay. Grandparents are Mike and Julie O’Brien, Zoar, and Gary and Linda Dall, Jasper. Elsie has a big brother, Gunner.
Wild turkey season is in full swing and it has brought out the local hunters hoping to score a prize bird.
Tim and Cheryl Hilsmeyer were in Evansville last Tuesday to celebrate her birthday with a sandwich or two at White Castle.
Laura Hemmer, Cincinnati, is here to spend some time with her family during this time of waiting for this dreadful virus to end or at least improve so some semblance of normal can return.
Services, meetings and Bible studies continue to be streamed via You Tube. Plans now are that we may be able to have services at the church again on May 17.
The Putting Against Cancer Golf Scramble scheduled for May 9 is still scheduled to take place. There has been a good response to it and at this time 14 or 15 teams are registered.
