Plans for this year’s Mosquito Fest are ongoing, although it has been hard to accomplish much with the coronavirus. The dates for this year’s festival are Aug. 7 and 8.
I had a wonderful birthday celebration, Sunday. I was joined by at least one member from each family via Zoom and we had a great time. Lunch was pizza and chocolate cake. Four family members were able to be with me in person and we observed safety procedures.
We seem to be seeing a glimmer of hope against this virus that is confining us from our normal lives. Let us be prayerful for those who are battling it and hopeful that it will soon allowed us to resume some measure of normalcy.
