No injuries after Monday afternoon crash

By Herald Staff

Two drivers came away from a Monday afternoon accident with no injuries and damage to one vehicle.

Joshua K. Underwood, 24, of Jasper, and Thomas L. Wehinger, 49, of Paoli, were both driving south on Newton Street. Wehinger was stopped in traffic, waiting for the light at 36th and Newton when Underwood failed to stop and crashed into a stump grinder that was being pulled by Wehinger’s vehicle.

Underwood’s 2010 Chrysler Town and Country is estimated to have $6,000 in damages, and Underwood was cited with following too closely.
