HUNTINGBURG — Daryle Money, 52, of 504 S. Chestnut St., was arrested Thursday night by the Huntingburg Police Department on a misdemeanor count of invasion of privacy.
Police were called by a female victim at a city apartment complex at 9:15 p.m. regarding the alleged violation of a no contact order.
Officers determined Money made contact with the complainant by phone in violation of the order. He was located a short time later at a residence on South Chestnut Street and taken into custody.
Authorities booked Money into the Dubois County Security Center at 11 p.m.
