• Orlando R. Vidal Casaus, 44, 640 W. 36th St., Jasper, Level 6 felony operating while intoxicated, sentenced last week to 484 days in the Dubois County Security Center with 360 days suspended and 124 days of the executed sentence on home detention with electronic monitoring to be followed by 360 days supervised probation and license further suspended one year.

• Jeremy N. Anderson, 41, 515 E. Third St., Huntingburg, misdemeanor operating while intoxicated, sentenced last week to 365 days at the Dubois County Security Center suspended to 363 days supervised probation and 80 hours community service.

• Roberto Dopico Valle, 61, 675 Giesler Road, Jasper, misdemeanor disorderly conduct and public intoxication, sentenced last week to 180 days in the Dubois County Security Center suspended to 361 days supervised probation and 40 hours community service.

• Tyler J. Stephens, 27, 511 E. Seventh St., Huntingburg, Level 6 felony unlawful possession of a syringe and misdemeanor marijuana possession, sentenced last week to 365 days in the Dubois County Security Center suspended to 249 days supervised probation.

• Kevin A. Turner, 46, Cannelton, Level 3 felony dealing methamphetamine, sentenced last week to seven years in the Indiana Department of Correction. Defendant will participate in purposeful incarceration program. Upon successful completion, the court shall consider a sentence modification.

• Racheal R. Leighty, 38, Petersburg, Level 6 felony official misconduct and theft, sentenced last week to 912 days in the Dubois County Security Center suspended to 672 days on supervised probation after 240 days on home detention with electronic monitoring.
