Criminal

• Nery A. Castillo, 28, 303 N. Washington St., Huntingburg, misdemeanor invasion of privacy, sentenced last week to four days in the Dubois County Security Center with the sentence now complete.

• Kevin D. Payne, 55, 101 W. Sixth St., Jasper, Level 6 felony battery against a public safety official and intimidation, sentenced last week to 300 days in the Dubois County Security Center with a jail credit of 69 days.

• Juan J. Pleitez Erazo, 50, 1014 Ract St., Huntingburg, Level 4 and 5 felony sexual misconduct with a minor and Level 6 felony criminal confinement, case dismissed last week. The court was recently advised the defendant is in Immigration and Customs Enforcement custody.

• Morris R. Butler, 64, 8283 E. Dubois-Cuzco Road, Dubois, misdemeanor carrying a handgun without a license, sentenced last week to 365 days in the Dubois County Security Center suspended to probation.

• Michael W. Hammer, 43, 292 W. 44th St., Jasper, Level 5 felony identity deception and possession of an altered handgun and misdemeanor theft, sentenced last week to a 2,555-day term of incarcercation with a jail credit of 211 days and 730 days suspended to probation. Defendant may serve 730 days in the Dubois County Work Release Program and 730 days on home detention, so long as he remains eligible.

• Charles D. Fight, 33, 6220 N. State Road 545, Dubois, misdemeanor driving while suspended (prior), sentenced last week to 20 days in the Dubois County Security Center with a jail credit of 15 days and good-time credit of five days, making the sentence complete.

• Tyler M. Blessinger, 31, 9970 S. Ferdinand Road Northwest, Ferdinand, Level 6 felony dissemination of matter harmful to minors, sentenced last week to 550 days in the Dubois County Security Center with 548 days suspended to probation.

Criminal

• Ishai Eliyahu, 18, West Hollywood, California, misdemeanor operating while intoxicated and possession of marijuana, sentenced last week to four days in the Dubois County Security Center with a jail credit of two days and ordered to pay $411 in fines and costs within one year.

• George W. Pierce III, 25, 4201 N. Second St., Dubois, Level 6 felony possession of a narcotic drug and misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia, sentenced last week to 365 days in the Dubois County Security Center with a jail credit of 28 days.

• William E.J. Yarbrough, 22, 8415 E. State Road 56, Dubois, misdemeanor driving while having never been licensed, sentenced last week to 10 days in the Dubois County Security Center.

• Thomas W. Toner, 24, Springfield, Missouri, Level 6 felony unlawful possession of a syringe and misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia, sentenced last week to 200 days in the Dubois County Security Center with a jail credit of 57 days, leaving 86 days to serve in the Dubois County Security Center.

• Chris D. Crays, 48, 610 Second St., Huntingburg, misdemeanor operating while intoxicated, sentenced last week to 60 days in the Dubois County Security Center suspended to probation.
