• Jason P. Flamion, 47, 6170 N. 325E, Dubois, Level 6 felony theft, sentenced last week to 912 days in the Dubois County Security Center with 365 days suspended to supervised probation and the executed portion to be served on work release.

• Rudy Wayne Riley, 50, 204 W. Sixth St., Ferdinand, Level 4 and Level 5 (two counts) felony sexual misconduct with a minor, sentenced last week to 10 years in the Indiana Department of Correction on the Level 4 counts and fives years each on the Level 5 counts, with the sentences consecutive.

• Lajuana J. Braunecker, 59, Tell City, misdemeanor operating while intoxicated, sentenced last week to 365 days in the Dubois County Security Center suspended to 363 days supervised probation to be transferred to Perry County and 80 hours community service.

• Erick A. Funes Cortes, 28, 680 Giesler Road, Jasper, misdemeanor never licensed, ordered last week to pay fines and costs in the amount of $221.

• Tiffany A. McCool, 48, Evansville, misdemeanor operating while intoxicated, court withheld judgment of conviction last week and placed the defendant on conditional deferment for 361 days.

• Stephen A. Clapp, 32, 255 Brucke Strasse, misdemeanor trafficking with an inmate outside a facility, sentenced last week to 180 days in the Dubois County Security Center.

• Wesley L. Hembree, 27, 4050 S. Santine Road, St. Anthony, misdemeanor driving while suspended, sentenced last week to 360 days in the Dubois County Security Center to be served on home detention with electronic monitoring and license suspended a further 90 days.

• Wyatt L. Neukam, 19, 5369 E. Walnut St., Dubois, misdemeanor minor consuming, defendant entered into pretrial diversion program last week.

• Tonia F. Weisheit, 48, 1804 N. 350W, Jasper, Level 6 felony operating while intoxicated, sentenced last week to 365 days in the Dubois County Security Center with 183 days suspended. Defendant will serve the executed portion of 182 days on home detention with electronic monitoring followed by 548 days supervised probation.

Garrison, 44, Bloomfield, Level 6 felony operating while intoxicated, sentenced last week to 910 days in the Dubois County Security Center with 360 days suspended and the executed portion of 550 days to be served on electronic monitoring and 360 days supervised probation transferred to Greene County.

• Jacob C.D. Lancaster, 20, 15 Canterbury Court, Jasper, misdemeanor possession of a synthetic drug and possession of paraphernalia, sentenced last week to 365 days in the Dubois County Security Center suspended to 365 days supervised probation and 40 hours community service.

• Brandon R. Wilkinson, 34, 1441 Jackson St., Jasper, Level 6 felony dealing a Schedule I controlled substance, sentenced last week to 545 days in the Indiana Department of Correction.
