Miller, 25, 520 E. 16th St., Jasper, Level 3 felony dealing methamphetamine and Level 6 felony unlawful possession of a syringe, sentenced last week to six years in the Indiana Department of Correction on the meth charge and two years in the Dubois County Security Center on the syringe count. Defendant shall participate in IDOC purposeful incarceration program and, upon successful completion, the court will consider a sentence modification.

• Usman A. Sulaeman, 38, 1607 Leopold St., Jasper, misdemeanor driving while suspended, defendant entered into pretrial diversion agreement last week.

• Thomas C. Clayton, 45, 271 Baden Strasse, Jasper, misdemeanor provocation, ordered last week to pay fines and costs in the amount of $141.

Van Buren St., Huntingburg, Level 5 felony trafficking with an inmate and Level 6 felony possession of a narcotic drug, sentenced last week to 730 days in the Indiana Department of Correction with first 500 days to be served at the Dubois County Security Center and the remaining 230 days to be on work release.

• Emily Jo E. Flatt, 23, 104 S. Van Buren St., Huntingburg, misdemeanor theft, sentenced last week to 365 days in the Dubois County Security Center that may be served on adult day reporting with the sentence being consecutive to the above-listed cause.

• Kent K. Greener Jr., 33, 1676 E. 420S, Huntingburg, Level 2 felony dealing methamphetamine and misdemeanor operating while intoxicated, sentenced last week to eight years in the Indiana Department of Correction with 1,460 days suspended and the defendant allowed to serve the executed portion of 1,460 days on work release to be followed by 1,460 days on supervised probation.
