• Andrew B. Fitzgerald, 37, 1411 Greene St., Jasper, Level 6 felony intimidation and misdemeanor domestic battery, sentenced last week to 364 days in the Dubois County Security Center suspended to 286 days supervised probation. Defendant can request alternative misdemeanor sentencing if he successfully completes his probationary period in two cases.

• Brandon L. Casey, 34, 3580 Bart Lane, Jasper, Level 6 felony residential entry, case dismissed last week.

• Eric K. Mahan, 36, 4493 N. 550W, Jasper, misdemeanor battery, case dismissed last week after last year’s filing of a pretrial diversion agreement.

• Christopher M. Lee, 48, 3831 W. Portersville Road East, Jasper, Level 6 felony failure to register as a sex or violent offender, sentenced last week to 1,095 days in the Dubois County Security Center suspended to 1,095 days supervised probation.

• Jeremy F. Kirkman, 41, Chandler, misdemeanor possession of marijuana, sentenced last week to 364 days in the Dubois County Security Center suspended to 360 days supervised probation and 40 hours community service.

• Kristen L. Bauer, 34, 426 W. 43rd St., Jasper, misdemeanor contributing to the delinquency of a minor, sentenced last week to 365 days in the Dubois County Security Center suspended to 355 days supervised probation.

• Matt B. Leinenbach, 46, 814 S. 330E, Jasper, Level 6 felony obstruction of justice and possession of methamphetamine, plus misdemeanor operating while intoxicated and possession of paraphernalia, sentenced last week to 545 days in the Dubois County Security Center.

• Jessica L. Adams, 24, 910 N. Jackson St., Huntingburg, Level 6 felony theft and misdemeanor resisting law enforcement, sentenced last week to 185 days in the Indiana Department of Correction with a jail credit of 25 days. Defendant shall serve the remainder of the sentence of 135 days on work release.
