• Carlos Ramirez, 35, 3828 N. Portersville Road, Jasper, misdemeanor driving without ever having been licensed, ordered last week to pay fines and costs in the amount of $221.

• Gary L. Gehlhausen, 62, 8800 S. Ferdinand Road Northwest, Ferdinand, misdemeanor leaving the scene of an accident, defendant entered into deferral agreement last week.

• Jonathan R. Montgomery, 37, Martinsville, misdemeanor possession of marijuana, case dismissed last week.

• Angel M. Phillips, 23, 4208 Baden Strasse, Jasper, misdemeanor possession of marijuana, case dismissed last week.
