• Larry D. Leavens, 50, 1339 Jackson St., Jasper, misdemeanor animal cruelty, sentenced last week to 364 days in the Dubois County Security Center suspended to 364 days supervised probation and 40 hours community service. Defendant’s probation shall become unsupervised upon completion of community service.

• Kevin J. Wade, 21, 107 Ash St., Birdseye, misdemeanor domestic battery, sentenced last week to 364 days in the Dubois County Security Center suspended to 356 days supervised probation. Probation shall become unsupervised upon completion of batterer’s intervention program.

• Megan Forrest, 33, 930 Jackson St., Jasper, misdemeanor domestic battery, sentenced last week to 364 days in the Dubois County Security Center suspended to 364 days unsupervised probation.

• Terry W. Kendall, 70, 210 Northview Drive, Huntingburg, Level 5 felony criminal recklessness with a firearm and misdemeanor resisting law enforcement, sentenced last week to two years in the Indiana Department of Correction with 728 days suspended to unsupervised probation.

• David A. Porter, 24, 7419 S. 585W, Jasper, Level 6 felony escape, sentenced last week to 250 days in the Dubois County Security Center with a jail credit of 26 days and 26 days good time credit.
