• Mark A. Durcholz, 37, 1108 Vogel Ave., Huntingburg, misdemeanor inhaling toxic vapors, sentenced last week to 180 days in the Dubois County Security Center suspended to 180 days supervised probation.

• Kenwyn A. Zehr Erwin, 40, 2010 Lincoln Drive, Huntingburg, Level 6 felony possession of methamphetamine and unlawful possession of a syringe and misdemeanor possession of a device or substance used to interfere with a drug or alcohol screen, sentenced last week to 540 days in the Dubois County Security Center with a jail credit of 111 days leaving 318 days if good time credit is earned.

• Willie J. Freeman, 54, 2200 N. Mill St., Jasper, misdemeanor disorderly conduct, case dismissed in its entirety last week.

• Carl F. Young, 53, 601 E. First St., Huntingburg, Level 6 felony unlawful possession of a syringe, sentenced last week to 365 days in the Indiana Department of Correction in a sentence that can be served on county work release so long as the defendant remains eligible.

• Carl F. Young, 53, 601 E. First St., Huntingburg, Level 6 felony obstruction of justice and misdemeanor operating while intoxicated, sentenced last week to 912 days in the Indiana Department of Correction in a sentence that can be served on county work release so long as the defendant remains eligible.

• Carl F. Young, 53, 601 E. First St., Huntingburg, Level 6 felony unlawful possession of a syringe, case dismissed last week pursuant to a plea agreement.

• Carl F. Young, 53, 601 E. First St., Huntingburg, Level 6 felony unlawful possession or use of a legend (prescription) drug, sentenced last week to 365 days in the Indiana Department of Correction with a jail credit of 111 days, leaving 143 days in a sentence that can be served on county work release so long as the defendant remains eligible.

• Everitt L. Jones, 21, 574 S. Kasper Drive, Santa Claus, misdemeanor operating while intoxicated, possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia, sentenced last week to 365 days in the Dubois County Security Center suspended to 361 days supervised probation and 80 hours community service.
