• Brooks R. Rhoads, 48, 706 E. Ninth St., Level 4 felony unlawful possession of a firearm by a serious violent felon, Level 6 felony possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia, case dismissed last week pursuant to the plea agreement in the case below.

• Brooks R. Rhoads, 48, 706 E. Ninth St., Level 4 felony unlawful possession of a firearm by a serious violent felon, sentenced last week to six years in the Indiana Department of Correction with four years that can be served on work release and two years suspended to supervised probation. Court enters written order to destroy firearms.

• Thomas C. Clayton, 25, Hudson, Florida, Class D felony failure to return to lawful detention, sentenced last week to 365 days in the Dubois County Security Center.

Defendant can serve sentence in Crawford County.

• Logan R. Jacob, 19, 7332 E. Ellsworth Road, Celestine, misdemeanor minor consuming, defendant entered into pretrial diversion program last week.

• Zachary D. Powell, 22, 1609 Jackson St., Jasper, misdemeanor disorderly conduct, defendant entered into pretrial diversion program last week.

• Daniel C. Perkins, 29, 582 Sycamore Manor, Jasper, Level 6 felony theft, sentenced last week to 20 days in the Dubois County Security Center.

• Shylan B. Allor, 25, 19748 N. Fourth St., St. Meinrad, misdemeanor theft, defendant entered into pretrial diversion program last week.
