Criminal

• Hunter A. Blane, 19, 5151 N. Kellerville Road, Jasper, Level 6 felony criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon and misdemeanor reckless driving, sentenced last week to 730 days in the Dubois County Security Center suspended to 726 days supervised probation and 100 hours community service. Defendant may timely petition the court for modification to Class A misdemeanor if he successfully completes the probationary period.

• Steven C. Stetter, 43, 122 W. Savannah Drive, Huntingburg, misdemeanor harboring a non-immunized dog, ordered last week by the court to pay fines and costs in the amount of $185.

• Mary Ann McRoberts, 67, 367 W. 43rd St., Jasper, misdemeanor false statement on a criminal history information form, sentenced last week to 364 days in the Dubois County Security Center suspended to 362 days supervised probation and 40 hours community service.

• Andrew W. Lyon, 39, Loogootee, Level 6 felony residential entry, sentenced last week to 365 days in the Dubois County Security Center suspended to 281 days supervised probation and ordered to get a substance abuse evaluation and complete any recommended treatment programs. Probation shall become unsupervised upon successful completion of any recommended treatment.

• Jessica M. Fowler, 29, 890 W. 41st St., Jasper, misdemeanor check deception, case dismissed last week.

• Gina L. Mitchell, 47, 709 E. 15th St., Jasper, Level 6 felony identity deception, sentenced last week to 365 days in the Dubois County Security Center suspended to 365 days supervised probation.

• Collin R. Thomas, 21, Spurgeon, Level 3 felony armed robbery and Level 6 felony pointing a firearm at another, sentenced last week to nine years in the Indiana Department of Correction with a jail credit of 352 days and 117 days good time credit.

• Zeberiah M. Stilwell, 42, Princeton, Level 4 felony burglary, Level 6 felony criminal recklessness and resisting law enforcement and misdemeanor criminal mischief, sentenced last week to 2,190 days in the Indiana Department of Correction with a jail credit of 202 days and 67 days good time credit. Defendant may serve the executed sentence in the Dubois County work release program. After 1,094 days on work release, defendant may petition to transition to home detention if no violations have occurred and all restitution has been paid.

• Neil J. Pitstick, 26, 675 Giesler Road, Jasper, misdemeanor possession of marijuana, sentenced last week to 240 days in the Dubois County Security Center suspended to 240 days home detention with electronic monitoring.

• Douglas B. Cantner, 39, 710 Shelby St., Huntingburg, misdemeanor public intoxication, sentenced last week to 180 days in the Dubois County Security Center suspended to 180 days supervised probation and 40 hours community service.

• Douglas B. Cantner, 39, 710 Shelby St., Huntingburg, misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia, sentenced last week to 60 days in the Dubois County Security Center suspended to 180 days supervised probation.

• Lesheanna J. Crumby, 22, 111 E. 17th St., Huntingburg, misdemeanor driving while having never been licensed, deferral agreement filed last week.

• John C. Hoover, 48, Terre Haute, misdemeanor operating while intoxicated, sentenced last week to 365 days in the Dubois County Security Center suspended to 343 days supervised probation transferred to Vigo County and 80 hours community service.

• Donald R. Stewart, 76, 510 Mill Creek Lane, Jasper, misdemeanor operating while intoxicated, case dismissed last week for medical reasons.
