• Tyler J. Haddad, 25, 515 E. State Road 164, Jasper, misdemeanor possession of marijuana, granted a conditional discharge last week and placed in the custody of the court for one year.

• Santos Diaz, 43, 1818 Redbud Court, Huntingburg, misdemeanor operating a motor vehicle without ever receiving a license, ordered last week to pay fines and costs in the amount of $221.

• Tasia J. Baker, 26, Jasper, misdemeanor driving while suspended, case dismissed last week.

• Leslie B. Elliott, 41, 348 W. 43rd St., Jasper, misdemeanor operating while intoxicated, sentenced last week to 365 days in the Dubois County Security Center with 182 days suspended to supervised probation. Defendant to serve the executed portion of 183 days on work release. Sentenced also includes 40 hours community service.

• Trent W. Carie, 39, 103 W. Sixth St., Jasper, misdemeanor driving while suspended and possession of marijuana, sentenced last week to 180 days in the Dubois County Security Center that can be served on home detention with electronic monitoring.

• Richard E. Looney, 31, Dubois, Level 6 felony possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor resisting law enforcement, sentenced last week to 720 days in the Dubois County Security Center with the first 200 days to be in jail followed by 400 days on work release and 120 days on home detention with electronic monitoring.

• Valerie L. Messmer, 34, 5550 S. Club Road, Huntingburg, misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia, sentenced last week to 90 days in the Dubois County Security Center to be served on home detention with electronic monitoring.

• Jerry W. Frick, 24, Indianapolis, misdemeanor possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia, sentenced last week to 180 days in the Dubois County Security Center suspended to 365 days supervised probation and 40 hours community service.

• Amy N. Biddle, 34, 314 W. 14th St., Jasper, Level 6 felony theft, sentenced last week to 544 days in the Dubois County Security Center with 450 days suspended to supervised probation. Defendant may serve executed portion on home detention with electronic monitoring.

• Karen D. Clapp, 62, 101 Ingle St., Birdseye, Level 4 felony methamphetamine dealing, sentenced last week to eight years in the Indiana Department of Correction. Defendant will participate in a purposeful incarceration program. Upon successful completion, the court will consider a sentence modification.

• Jerod T. L. Williams, 23, Clarksville, misdemeanor unauthorized entry of a motor vehicle, possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia, sentenced last week to 180 days in the Dubois County Security Center suspended to 361 days of supervised probation in Clark County and 40 hours community service.

• Kevin R. Sturgeon, 55, 6499 S. State Road 162, Huntingburg, misdemeanor operating a vehicle as a habitual traffic violator and operating while intoxicated, sentenced last week to 730 days in the Dubois County Security Center that will be served on home detention with electronic monitoring.
