• Jerry L. Taylor, 42, Evansville, misdemeanor possession of marijuana, placed in the custody of the court for one year last week in a conditional discharge.

• Zackary M. Gilbert, 25, 255 Brucke Strasse, Jasper, Level 6 felony possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia, sentenced last week to 180 days in the Dubois County Security Center to be served on work release.

• Elizabeth K. Lazaro, 20, 511 E. 19th St., Huntingburg, misdemeanor possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia, placed in the custody of the court for one year last week in a conditional discharge on the marijuana charge and ordered to pay fines and costs in the amount of $221 in the paraphernalia count.

• Zackary M. Gilbert, 25, 1330 Leopold St., Jasper, Level 6 felony auto theft, sentenced last week to 545 days in the Dubois County Security Center with the defendant to serve 300 days in the jail and the remaining 245 days to be served on work release. Defendant must also pay $2,354 in restitution to the victim.

• Kimberly A. Hoggard, 36, Central, misdemeanor driving while suspended, case dismissed last week after defendant completed a one-year pretrial diversion program.

• Rosaria G. Mejia, 31, 640 W. 36th St., Jasper, misdemeanor operating a motor vehicle without ever receiving a license, ordered last week to pay fines and costs in the amount of $221.

• Tiffany B. Reames, 38, Louisville, Kentucky, Level 6 felony failure to return to lawful detention, sentenced last week to 120 days in the Dubois County Security Center.

• Madison J. Bayer, 21, 107 W. Second St., Birdseye, misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia and operating while intoxicated, sentenced last week to 60 days in the Dubois County Security Center suspended to 361 days supervised probation and 40 hours community service.

• Krista D. Schmitt, 43, 51 Arlington Court, Jasper, misdemeanor operating while intoxicated, sentenced last week to 60 days in the Dubois County Security Center suspended to 361 days supervised probation and 80 hours community service.

• Leroy J. Paulin, 53, Bristow, misdemeanor operating while intoxicated, sentenced last week to 365 days in the Dubois County Security Center suspended to 361 days supervised probation and 80 hours community service.

• Jesse L. Amador, 44, 411 N. Jackson St., Huntingburg, misdemeanor disorderly conduct, defendant entered a pretrial diversion program last week.

• Cassidy E. Engleman, 21, 309 1/2 W. Fourth St., Jasper, Level 5 felony trafficking with an inmate, Level 6 felony possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of a synthetic drug or synthetic drug lookalike substance, sentenced last week to 1,095 days at the Indiana Department of Correction in the trafficking count. Defendant shall participate in a Purposeful Incarceration Program and, upon successful completition, will have a sentence modification considered. Defendant sentenced to 730 days in the Dubois County Security Center in the remaining counts, with the sentences in all three counts to run concurrently.
