• William J. Griffith, 41, Washington, Level 6 felony delivery of a false sales document and misdemeanor theft, sentenced last week to 365 days in the Dubois County Security Center suspended to supervised probation.

• Bradley J. Benson, 51, 1622 Newton St., Jasper, misdemeanor battery, sentenced last week to 180 days in the Dubois County Security Center suspended to supervised probation.

• Kyle D. Schepers, 29, 3828 N. Portersville Road, Jasper, Level 4 felony unlawful possession of a firearm by a serious violent felon, sentenced last week to five years in the Indiana Department of Correction with two years suspended to supervised probation. Defendant may serve the executed portion of the sentence on work release.

• Princess W. Stewart, 19, 525 S. Skyview Drive, Jasper, misdemeanor intimidation (two counts) and disorderly conduct from April 2018, case dismissed last week.

Upon the successful completion of 273 days on work release, the defendant may transition to home detention for the remainder.

• Brittany N. Woody, 21, 11166 U.S. 231, Fulda, misdemeanor theft, sentenced last week to 365 days in the Dubois County Security Center suspended to supervised probation. Defendant shall pay $5,580 in restitution to Leinenbach Tire.

• Stephanie J. Petit, 24, 624 W. Ninth St., Ferdinand, Level 6 felony domestic battery, sentenced last week to 730 days in the Dubois County Security Center that may be served in the county community corrections program.

• Michael A. Willett, 39, French Lick, Level 6 felony possession of marijuana, sentenced last week to 540 days in the Dubois County Security Center with 360 days suspended to supervised probation. Defendant will serve 180 days on home detention with electronic monitoring.

• Paul C. Sisco, 21, Henderson, Kentucky, misdemeanor possession of marijuana, sentenced last week to 40 days in the Dubois County Security Center.

• Carmen Acosta Flores, 35, 709 E. Seventh St., Huntingburg, misdemeanor operating a motor vehicle without ever receiving a license, ordered last week to pay fines and costs in the amount of $221.

• Wendy K. Rasche, 44, 890 Conrad Ave., Jasper, misdemeanor paraphernalia possession, sentenced last week to 60 days in the Dubois County Security Center suspended to 180 days supervised probation.

• Wendy K. Rasche, 44, 890 Conrad Ave., Jasper, misdemeanor operating while intoxicated, sentenced last week to 365 days in the Dubois County Security Center with 205 days suspended to supervised probation. Defendant may serve executed sentence on home detention with electronic monitoring.

• Brandi L. Brewer, 38, 807 N. Washington St., Huntingburg, Level 6 felony theft, sentenced last week to 382 days in the Dubois County Security Center suspended to 360 days supervised probation and 40 hours community service.

• Daysha B. Johnson, 18, 407 E. 14th St., Jasper, misdemeanor minor consuming, sentenced last week to 60 days in the Dubois County Security Center suspended to 365 days supervised probation and 24 hours community service.

• Jeremy E. Hammers, 46, 220 Third St., Ferdinand, Level 6 felony operating while intoxicated, sentenced last week to 730 days in the Dubois County Security Center that may be served on county work release.

• Zackary A. Wheatley, 28, Petersburg, Level 4 felony dealing methamphetamine, sentenced last week to six years in the Indiana Department of Correction with the sentenced stayed so long as the defendant enrolls in and successfully completes the Dubois County Drug Court program. If defendant completes drug court, his sentence shall be modified and the defendant placed on one year supervised probation.

• Zackary A. Wheatley, 28, Petersburg, misdemeanor theft, sentenced last week to two days in the Dubois County Security Center.

• Zackary A. Wheatley, 28, Petersburg, Level 6 felony unlawful possession of a syringe and misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia, sentenced last week to 64 days in the Dubois County Security Center with 60 days suspended on the condition the defendant testifies truthfully against co-defendants.

• Todd S. Orange, 40, 420 N. Van Buren St., Huntingburg, Level 6 felony dealing marijuana and misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia, sentenced last week to 730 days in the Dubois County Security Center with 365 days suspended to supervised probation, leaving 365 days to serve on home detention with electronic monitoring.
