• Douglas E. Jacobson, 40, Henderson, Kentucky, misdemeanor criminal trespass, sentenced last week to 10 days in the Dubois County Security Center.

• Chris M. Ferguson, 52, 515 E. Eighth St., Huntingburg, Level 6 felony battery against a public safety official and misdemeanor resisting law enforcement, sentenced last week to 730 days in the Dubois County Security Center that may be served on home detention with electronic monitoring, 365 days on supervised probation and defendant shall complete a written letter of apology to the officers involved within two months.

• Brandon L. Huff, 36, 1849 N. Mill St., Jasper, Level 5 felony battery resulting in bodily injury to a person less than 14 years of age and Level 6 felony battery on a person less than 14 years old, defendant entered into a pretrial diversion agreement last week.

• Derek Noheart, 26, St. Joseph, Missouri, misdemeanor resisting law enforcement, sentenced last week to 60 days in the Dubois County Security Center with the sentence now complete.

• Leslie B. Elliott, 41, 1434 Third Ave., Jasper, Level 6 felony residential entry, sentenced last week to 365 days in the Dubois County Security Center with 180 days suspended to supervised probation. Defendant may serve executed portion on work release.

• William E. Yarbrough, 21, 448 W. 43rd St., Jasper, misdemeanor invasion of privacy, ordered last week to pay fines and costs in the amount of $185.

• Anita A. Woebkenberg, 51, 1512 Mariah Hill Road, Ferdinand, misdemeanor battery and battery by bodily waste, sentenced last week to 180 days in the Dubois County Security Center suspended to 178 days supervised probation on each count, with the sentences to run consecutively.

• Zachary D. Opel, 22, 410 E. Third Ave., Huntingburg, Level 5 felony domestic battery resulting in bodily injury to a pregnant woman, sentenced last week to 730 days in the Indiana Department of Correction with 586 days suspended to supervised probation.

• Cayla B. Clayton, 23, 502 Village Court, Jasper, misdemeanor battery resulting in bodily injury, sentenced last week to 365 days in the Dubois County Security Center suspended to unsupervised probation.

• William E. Yarbrough, 21, 8475 E. State Road 56, Dubois, misdemeanor battery and battery resulting in injury, sentenced last week to 300 days in the Dubois County Security Center that may be served on work release in the battery with injury count, and to 100 days in the Dubois County Security Center on the simple battery count that may be served on work release with the two sentences consecutive.

• Trisha R. Kendall, 25, 113 E. 17th St., Huntingburg, Level 5 felony contributing to the delinquency of a minor and misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia, sentenced last week to 1,095 days in the Indiana Department of Correction on the felony, suspended to supervised probation. Defendant may serve the executed sentence of 90 days in the county work release program, beginning Jan. 2, 2020. Defendant sentenced to 365 days in the Dubois County Security Center on the misdemeanor suspended to supervised probation.

• Logan E. Williams, 28, 155 E. 36th St., Jasper, misdemeanor harassment, sentenced last week to 180 days in the Dubois County Security Center suspended to 363 days supervised probation.

Criminal

• Cassandra G. Mattingly, 23, 408 N. Washington St., Huntingburg, misdemeanor possession of marijuana, sentenced last week to 30 days in the Dubois County Security Center, stayed until Monday, May 13.

• Oswing R. Maradiaga Meza, 34, Nashville, Tennessee, misdemeanor operating a motor vehicle without ever receiving a license, ordered last week to pay fines and costs in the amount of $221.

• Juan A. Hercules Galdamez, 22, 675 Giesler Road, Jasper, misdemeanor operating a motor vehicle without ever receiving a license, ordered last week to pay fines and costs in the amount of $221.

• Seth A. Welp, misdemeanor possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia, defendant granted a conditional discharge on the marijuana charge last week and ordered to pay fines and costs in the amount of $221 in the paraphernalia count.

• Alexander W. Paugh, 20, Indianapolis, misdemeanor driving while suspended, case dismissed last week as part of a plea agreement.

• Christi L. Carie, 59, 258 Baden Strasse, Jasper, misdemeanor theft, defendant entered into a pretrial diversion program last week.
