• Roberta L. Birthmark, 24, 4830 N. 735E, Dubois, misdemeanor disorderly conduct, sentenced last week to six days in the Dubois County Security Center with a jail credit of three days.

• Austin S. Huddleston, Greenville, misdemeanor invasion of privacy/violating a protective order.
• Robert J. McKee, 219 Northwood Ave., Jasper, Level 6 felony failure to register as a sex or violent offender.
Superior Court

Criminal
• Amy M. Freeman, 38, 417 S. Dunn St., Dale, misdemeanor operating while intoxicated, sentenced last week to 180 days in the Dubois County Security Center with a jail credit of 40 days leaving 100 days to serve in the security center.
• Misael Montes Fiallo, 40, Louisville, Kentucky, misdemeanor operating while intoxicated, sentenced last week to one year in the Dubois County Security Center suspended to 363 days probation and 80 hours community service.
• Robert S. Sowders, 43, 311 N. Jackson St., Huntingburg, Level 2 felony dealing methamphetamine, sentenced last week to 17 years in the Indiana Department of Correction with a jail credit of 328 days. Defendant to serve the first 10 years at the IDOC followed by seven years on work release.
• Andrew W. Lyon, 39, Loogootee, Level 6 felony theft, sentenced last week to 316 days in the Dubois County Security Center with a jail credit of 158 days.
• Cody L. Casper, 24, 918 Jackson St., Jasper, misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia, sentenced last week to two days in the Dubois County Security Center.
• Jaci L. Snellen, 30, Chandler, misdemeanor driving while suspended (prior), case dismissed last week with court noting defendant now has a valid driver’s license.
