Criminal

• Damien K. Wigodinski, 19, 1321 1/2 Main St., St. Anthony, Level 5 felony sexual misconduct with a minor, sentenced last week to 1,460 days in the Indiana Department of Correction. Defendant may serve 730 days of the executed sentence in the Dubois County work release program. Sentence is concurrent to separate sentence in a misdemeanor invasion of privacy case and consecutive to a sentence in a case involving Level 5 felony domestic battery resulting in bodily injury to a pregnant woman.

• Damien K. Wigodinski, 19, 1321 1/2 Main St., St. Anthony, Level 5 felony domestic battery resulting in bodily injury to a pregnant woman, sentenced last week to 1,460 days in the Indiana Department of Correction with 730 days suspended to probation. Defendant may serve the executed portion of 730 days in the Dubois County work release program.

• Damien K. Wigodinski, 19, 4524 S. 650E, St. Anthony, misdemeanor invasion of privacy, sentenced last week to 182 days in the Dubois County Security Center.

• Kevin D. Noble, 44, Sumner, Illinois, misdemeanor resisting law enforcement and aggressive driving, sentenced last week to 365 days in the Dubois County Security Center on each county, with both suspended to probation and both to run consecutive. Defendant’s probation shall become unsupervised for the last 180 days if defendant has no violations prior to that time.

• Shawn M. Davis, 32, 305 E. First Ave., Huntingburg, Level 6 felony domestic battery, sentenced last week to 365 days in the Dubois County Security Center suspended to supervised probation.

 

Superior Court

Criminal

• Alex J. Wagner, 26, 841 Susanna Ave., Jasper, misdemeanor operating while intoxicated, sentenced last week to one year in the Dubois County Security Center that may be served in the Dubois County Community Corrections work release program

• David T. Tabbert, 38, 945 December 25th Lane, Santa Claus, misdemeanor theft, defendant entered into a pretrial diversion program last week.

• Alicia M. Greener, 34, 657 Village Court, Jasper, misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia, ordered last week to pay fines and sosts in the amount of $221.

• Brittany N. Holsman, 32, 99 E. Third St., Birdseye, Level 4 felony manufacturing methamphetamine and Level 6 felony unlawful possession of a syringe, sentenced last week to six years in the Indiana Department of Correction with the sentence stayed so long as defendant enrolls in and successfully completes the drug court program. Upon successful completion, the defendant’s sentence shall be modified and defendant placed on one year supervised probation.

• Procol Inc., Jasper, vs Joshua Hopkins, Shoals, default judgment last week in favor of Procol in the amount of $532.69 plus interest. Hearing set for May 8 on the issue of whether the plaintiff’s claim should be barred by the statute of limitations.
