• Arrielle R. Tomlinson, 35, Evansville, misdemeanor possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia and violation of driving conditions, sentenced last week to 365 days in the Dubois County Security Center suspended to 359 days supervised probation and 40 hours community service.
• Grant E. Kimmel, 26, 3434 Greene St., Jasper, Level 6 felony operating while intoxicated (prior) and misdemeanor criminal trespass and possession of marijuana, sentenced last week to 730 days in the Dubois County Security Center suspended to 526 days on home detention with electronic monitoring and 200 days supervised probation.
• Lindsay D. Austin, 23, 1330 Leopold St., Jasper, Level 2 felony dealing in a narcotic drug, sentenced last week to 3,650 days in the Dubois County Security Center to be served as four years on work release, 813 days on supervised probation and 1,095 days on unsupervised probation.
• David B. Morris Jr., 38, 307 W. Sixth St., Jasper, Level 5 felony promoting prostitution, Level 6 felony unlawful possession of a syringe and misdemeanor possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia, sentenced last week to 1,460 days in the Indiana Department of Correction with a jail credit of 202 days. Defendant to participate in IDOC purposeful incarceration program. Upon successful completion, the court will consider a sentence modification.
• Jason C. Schipp, 29, 4180 Pinehurst Drive, Jasper, misdemeanor operating while intoxicated, case dismissed last week after defendant successfully completed all terms of a deferral agreement.
• Sara G. Hall, Richland, misdemeanor theft and resisting law enforcement, sentenced earlier this month to 248 days in the Dubois County Security Center suspended to 240 days on home detention with electronic monitoring.
• Joshua L. Gallion, Jackson, West Virginia, misdemeanor interference with the reporting of a crime, sentenced earlier this month to 365 days in the Dubois County Security Center suspended to 361 days unsupervised probation.
• Tiffany A. McCool, Evansville, misdemeanor operating while impaired, case dismissed last week after defendant successfully completed conditions in a deferral agreement.
• Anthony T. Beckham, 915 Clay St., Huntingburg, Level 4 felony dealing in methamphetamine, sentenced earlier this month to nine years in the Indiana Department of Correction with a jail credit of 32 days. Defendant shall participate in an IDOC Purposeful Incarceration Program and, upon successful completion, the court will consider a sentence modification.
• Bryce A. Beard, 10044 Davidson Road, Dale, misdemeanor operating while intoxicated, sentenced earlier this month to 365 days in the Dubois County Security Center suspended to 361 days supervised probation transferred to Warrick County and 80 hours community service.
• Michelle K. Wiertel, 4323 W. Anya Court, Jasper, misdemeanor operating while intoxicated, sentenced earlier this month to 60 days in the Dubois County Security Center suspended to 363 days supervised probation and 40 hours community service.
