• Kyleigh B. Cassida, 18, Washington, misdemeanor theft, defendant entered into a pretrial diversion program last week.

• Trisha R. Kendall, 25, 113 E. 17th St., Huntingburg, Level 6 felony theft, sentenced last week to 730 days in the Dubois County Security Center to be served on home detention with electronic monitoring.

• Lance M. Huffman, 45, 1018 N. Main St., Huntingburg, misdemeanor public intoxication, sentenced last week to four days in the Dubois County Security Center with the sentence now complete.

• Kimberlie D. Phillingane, 54, 525 Pleasant View Drive, Huntingburg, misdemeanor driving while suspended and no insurance, sentenced last week to 80 days in the Dubois County Security Center. With a credit of 12 days for time served, defendant is left with 68 days to serve.

• Christian J. Cruz, 18, 219 S. Geiger St., Huntingburg, misdemeanor theft, sentenced last week to 365 days in the Dubois County Security Center suspended to 365 days supervised probation and 40 hours community service.

• Mauricio A. Nunez Lopez, 19, 532 Circle Pine Drive, Jasper, misdemeanor theft and criminal mischief, sentenced last week to 365 days in the Dubois County Security Center suspended to 365 days supervised probation and 40 hours community service.

• Tommi J. Opel, 39, 1335 Newton St., Jasper, Level 3 felony dealing methamphetamine, sentenced last week to seven years in the Indiana Department of Correction but, upon successful completion of a purposeful incarceration program, court will consider a sentence modification.

• Tommi J. Opel, 39, 1335 Newton St., Jasper, Level 5 felony possession of a narcotic drug, sentenced last week to 365 days in the Indiana Department of Correction with the sentence now complete.

• Samuel Banuelos, 38, 434 W. 43rd St., Jasper, Level 6 felony operating a vehicle as an habitual traffic violator, sentenced last week to 542 days in the Dubois County Security Center with 360 days suspended. Defendant shall serve the executed portion of 182 days on home detention with electronic monitoring.

• Tommi J. Opel, 39, 1335 Newton St., Jasper, misdemeanor leaving the scene of an accident, sentenced last week to 180 days in the Dubois County Security Center with credit for time served of six days and the remaining 174 days suspended.
