• Jeremy A. Steinhart, 275 S. County Road 400W, Jasper, misdemeanor invasion of privacy, sentenced last week to 365 days in the Dubois County Security Center that may be served on adult day reporting.

• Tara A. Fullington, 8863 E. State Road 56, Otwell, misdemeanor disorderly conduct, sentenced last week to 30 days in the Dubois County Security Center that may be served on work release in a sentence that is consecutive to the felony sentence below.

• Tara A. Fullington, 8863 E. State Road 56, Otwell, Level 6 felony counterfeiting, sentenced last week to 180 days in the Dubois County Security Center that may be served on work release. Court noted that sentence is complete given time served and good time credit.

• Timmy Lagenour, 460 Riverside Drive, Jasper, misdemeanor invasion of privacy, sentenced last week to 365 days in the Dubois County Security Center that may be served on work release. Court noted the sentence will be consecutive to the misdemeanor sentence below.

• Timmy Lagenour, 460 Riverside Drive, Jasper, misdemeanor battery resulting in injury, sentenced last week to 365 days in the Dubois County Security Center that may be served on work release.

• Jeremy A. Steinhart, 38 Cedarcrest Court, Jasper, misdemeanor criminal mischief, sentenced last week to 365 days in the Dubois County Security Center suspended to supervised probation.

• Steven L. Mundy, 8498 S. State Road 145, Birdseye, misdemeanor invasion of privacy, sentenced last week to two days in the Dubois County Security Center.

• Hannah N. Fleck, 106 S. Cherry St., Huntingburg, Level 6 felony battery resulting in moderate bodily injury, sentenced last week to 547 days in the Dubois County Security Center suspended to 541 days of supervised probation.

• Johnathon B. Franzell, 616 Schuler Ave., Huntingburg, Level 5 felony battery resulting in bodily injury to a public safety officer, Level 6 felony resisting law enforcement and Level 6 felony intimidation, sentenced last week to two years in the Indiana Department of Correction enhanced by two years based on the defendant’s status as a habitual offender suspended to supervised probation.
