• Bart A. Gilmore, 34, 510 E. First Ave., Huntingburg, misdemeanor voyeurism, sentenced last week to 180 days in the Dubois County Security Center suspended to 365 days unsupervised probation.

• Ruben C. Sedeno, 20, 3828 N. Portersville Road, Jasper, misdemeanor invasion of privacy, sentenced last week to 180 days in the Dubois County Security Center that may be served on work release.

• Ruben C. Sedeno, 20, 41 N. Portersville Road, Jasper, misdemeanor criminal mischief, sentenced last week to 180 days in the Dubois County Security Center that may be served on work release. The sentence is consecutive to the sentence in the invasion of privacy case above.

Defendant may serve the executed sentence in the Greene County work release program.
