• Seth D. Pruett, 19, 3828 N. Portersville Road, Jasper, operating a motor vehicle without ever receiving a license, ordered last week to pay fines and costs in the amount of $221.

• Antonio Ines Vela Garcia, 420 E. Second Ave., Jasper, operating a motor vehicle without ever receiving a license, sentenced last week to 365 days in the Dubois County Security Center suspended to 365 days supervised probation and 40 hours community service.

• Lukas K. Rhoads, 21, 706 E. Ninth St., Huntingburg, misdemeanor operating while intoxicated, sentenced to 60 days in the Dubois County Security Center that, with credit for time served, left eight days to be served on work release. Court noted last week that defendant successfully completed work release this month.

• Taleena B. Morales, 29, Washington, misdemeanor theft, sentenced last week to 365 days in the Dubois County Security Center suspended to 361 days supervised probation in Daviess County and 40 hours community service.

• Juan G. Mejia Reyes, 20, Indianapolis, operating a motor vehicle without ever receiving a license, sentenced last week to 60 days in the Dubois County Security Center suspended to 180 days unsupervised probation and 24 hours community service.

• Robert J. Hillyer, 54, 2905 N. Dillard Road, Birdseye, misdemeanor operating while intoxicated, case dismissed last week.

• Diana Gandarilla, 42, 724 W. Third St., Huntingburg, misdemeanor theft, sentenced last week to 364 days in the Dubois County Security Center suspended to 353 days supervised probation and 80 hours community service.

• Cody A. Kendall, 27, 207 E. 12th St., Jasper, misdemeanor operating a motor vehicle without financial responsibility and an infraction ticket for driving while suspended, ordered last week to pay fines and costs in the amount of $141.

• Audrey L. Fleck, 28, 6929 W. 1025S, Holland, Level 6 felony neglect of a dependent, sentenced last week to 546 days in the Dubois County Security Center suspended to 540 days on work release through the Dubois County Community Corrections Center.
