• Dexter L. Hensley, 62, 231 Hillside Drive, Jasper, Class C felony child molesting, sentenced last week to 2,555 days in the Indiana Department of Correction with a jail credit of 252 days. Defendant may serve the executed sentence on work release and will be on supervised probation for 1,460 days.

• Dexter L. Hensley, 62, 231 Hillside Drive, Jasper, Level 4 felony child molesting, case dismissed last week pursuant to a plea agreement.

• Jill M. Clark, 42, 5479 E. State Road 164, misdemeanor carrying a handgun without a license, case dismissed last week.

• Stephen R. D’Esposito, 26, 105 S. Third St., Holland, Level 6 felony battery by bodily waste and misdemeanor domestic battery, sentenced last week to 365 days in the Dubois County Security Center with a jail credit of 150 days and 90 days on a Secure Continuous Remote Alcohol Monitor. Supervised probation for 365 days.

• Tessa L. Zehr, 36, 2864 S. State Road 162, Jasper, misdemeanor check deception, sentenced last week to 30 days in the Dubois County Security Center suspended on condition defendant has no contact with Northside Citgo, pays restitution to Northside Citgo in the amount of $105.33, and has no contact with Jasper Walmart.

• Amber M. Nelson, 34, 650 W. 36th St., Jasper, misdemeanor theft, sentenced last week to 365 days in the Dubois County Security Center suspended to 24 hours community service and a fine and costs in the amount of $261.

Kellerville Road, Jasper, Level 6 felony possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor dealing marijuana and possession of marijuana and paraphernalia, sentenced last week to 540 days in the Dubois County Security Center in a sentence that may be served on work release. Defendant shall submit to and pass random drug and alcohol screens at least once every two weeks.

• Heather R. Ortiz, 36, 426 W. 43rd St., Jasper, misdemeanor operating while intoxicated and possession of marijuana, sentenced last week to 365 days in the Dubois County Security Center suspended to 120 days on home detention with electronic monitoring and 235 days supervised probation.

• Ryan K. Pride, 29, Princeton, misdemeanor possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia, sentenced last week to 180 days in the Dubois County Security Center suspended to supervised probation to be served in Gibson County.
