• Joshua R. Cummins, 31, 314 W. Ninth St., Jasper, Level 6 felony battery against a public safety official, sentenced last week to 550 days in the Dubois County Security Center with a jail credit of 157 days.

• Christopher J. Newton, 50, 1416 N. Chestnut St., Huntingburg, Level 6 felony domestic battery committed in the presence of a child less than 16 years old, sentenced last week to 365 days in the Dubois County Security Center suspended to 361 days on supervised probation after a jail credit of two days.

• Dale G. McLetchie, 49, 27 Canterbury Court, Jasper, Level 5 felony battery resulting in bodily injury to a person less than 14 years of age and misdemeanor battery resulting in bodily injury, case dismissed last week after defendant entered into a pretrial diversion progarm last month.

• Kansas M. Porter, 21, French Lick, Level 6 felony domestic battery committed in the presence of a child less than 16 years old, case dismissed last week after defendant entered into a pretrial diversion program last month.

• Quentin A. McMickle, 22, Eckerty, Level 6 felony obstruction of justice, sentenced last week to 912 days in the Indiana Department of Correction with a jail credit of 62 days. Defendant shall serve first 124 days at the Dubois County Security Center, with that jail sentence complete as of Jan. 6. Defendant may serve the remaining 788 days on work release.

• Melissa T. Headings, 31, no address, Level 5 felony fraud on a financial institution, sentenced last week to 730 days in the Indiana Department of Correction with a jail credit of 162 days and 527 days suspended to supervised probation. Defendant shall pay restitution to Crane Federal Credit Union in the sum of $318.37.

• Lindsey A. Bowman, 29, 805 E. Eighth St., Huntingburg, Level 6 felony possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia, sentenced last week to 374 days in the Dubois County Security Center with a jail credit of 374 days, making the sentence complete.

• Ariel Arias Mirabal, 50, 284 W. 41st St., Jasper, misdemeanor operating while intoxicated, sentenced last week to 365 days in the Dubois County Security Center suspended to 363 days supervised probation and 80 hours community service.

• Christopher S. Jones, 41, Washington, Level 6 felony unlawful possession of a syringe and possession of methamphetamine, sentenced last week to 30 days in the Dubois County Security Center with a jail credit of 15 days making the sentence now complete.

• Ashley D. Mosby, 22, Evanston, misdemeanor operating while intoxicated, sentenced last week to 365 days in the Dubois County Security Center suspended to 363 days supervised probation and 80 hours community service.

• Erick Estrada, 42, Washington, misdemeanor public intoxication, sentenced last week to 10 days in the Dubois County Security Center with a jail credit of two days.

• Elizabeth A. Blair, 31, 155 E. 17th St., Huntingburg, misdemeanor driving while having never been licensed, sentenced last week to 60 days in the Dubois County Security Center suspended to 60 days home detention with electronic monitoring.

• Erick A. Rodriguez Ortiz, 31, Washington, misdemeanor theft, sentenced last week to 365 days in the Dubois County Security Center suspended to 363 days supervised probation and 24 hours community service.

• Theodious T. Robinson, 35, 1442 Briarcliff Parkway, Jasper, Level 6 felony maintaining a common nuisance and misdemeanor possession of marijuana, sentenced last week to 545 days in the Dubois County Security Center suspended to 527 days home detention with electronic monitoring.
