• Robin L. Dixon, 41, Hawesville, Kentucky, Level 6 felony possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia and marijuana, sentenced last week to 232 days in the Dubois County Security Center with a jail credit of 116 days.

• Jareth L. Wininger, 22, 415 E. 15th St., Jasper, Level 6 felony possession of methamphetamine and unlawful possession of a syringe, sentenced last week to 720 days in the Dubois County Security Center with a jail credit of one day. Defendant may serve the executed sentence on work release so long as he remains eligible.

• Mary F. Roettger, 54, 113 W. Third St., Huntingburg, Level 6 felony possession of methamphetamine and obstruction of justice, plus misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia, sentenced last week to 360 days in the Dubois County Security Center with a jail credit of 58 days suspended to 116 days on work release and 224 days on home detention. Credit for time already served on work release makes the work release portion of the sentence already complete.

• Timothy D. King, 40, English, misdemeanor carrying a handgun without a license and infraction for driving while suspended, case dismissed last week.

• Pedro A. Rivera Jr., 19, 105 W. Third Ave., Huntingburg, misdemeanor minor consuming, sentenced last week to 60 days in the Dubois County Security Center suspended to 180 days supervised probation and 40 hours community service.

Kendall, 54, 520 Newton St., Jasper, Level 6 felony operating while intoxicated (prior), sentenced last week to 545 days in the Indiana Department of Correction with a jail credit of 100 days, suspended to 200 days in the Dubois County Security Center followed by 345 days on work release. With credit for time served, the county jail sentence was complete Jan. 24. Upon completion of half of the defendant’s work release sentence, the defendant will be entitled to petition to modify to home detention.
