• Traver M. Grubbs, 23, New Washington, Level 6 felony intimidation (two counts), sentenced last week to 365 days in the Dubois County Security Center but the executed sentence may be served on work release. Sentence will be consecutive to the term in the entry below.

Mill St., Jasper, Level 5 felony domestic battery resulting in bodily injury to a pregnant woman, sentenced last week to 1,460 days in the Indiana Department of Correction with 1,095 days suspended to supervised probation and the executed sentence to be served on work release.

• Tessa L. Zehr, 35, 4158 Pinehurst Drive, Jasper, misdemeanor criminal trespass, case dismissed last week as part of a plea agreement.

• Martha Garcia, 39, 808 Margaret Drive, Jasper, misdemeanor operating a motor vehicle without ever receiving a license, sentenced last week to pay fines and costs in the amount of $221.

• William I. Head, 25, Georgetown, Kentucky, misdemeanor possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia, sentenced last week to 180 days in the Dubois County Security Center suspended to 363 days unsupervised probation and 80 hours community service.

• Maiquer A. Salvador, 30, 550 Kirkwood Drive, Jasper, Level 6 felony operating while intoxicated, sentenced last week to two and a half years in the Indiana Department of Correction.

• Federico Ibarra Marmolejo, 41, 3828 N. Portersville Road, Jasper, misdemeanor disorderly conduct, sentenced last week to 180 days in the Dubois County Security Center suspended to 180 days supervised probation and 40 hours community service.

• Matthew L. Zehr, 42, 281 S. 330E, Jasper, misdemeanor driving while suspended, sentenced last week to pay fines and costs in the amount of $261.

• Tre L. Carnahan, 19, 525 W. 12th St., Huntingburg, Level 6 felony theft and misdemeanor criminal mischief, sentenced last week to 540 days in the Indiana Department of Correction with the executed portion of the sentence to be served on work release.

• Jason E. McMickle, 41, 16 E. Second St., Birdseye, Level 6 felony possession of methamphetamine and unlawful possession of a syringe and misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia, sentenced last week to 116 days in the Dubois County Security Center with 16 days credit leaving 100 days that were suspended on the condition the defendant testifies truthfully against a co-defendant.

• Manuel D. Mireles Chavez, 30, 403 E. Second Ave., Huntingburg, misdemeanor operating a motor vehicle without ever having received a license, ordered last week to pay fines and costs in the amount of $221.

• Casey P. Cole, 39, 8241 E. Dubois-Cuzco Road, Dubois, Level 6 felony unlawful possession of a syringe, case dismissed last week as part of a plea agreement.
