• Duane G. Witte, 49, 4483 Obing Strasse, misdemeanor driving while suspended, ordered last week to pay fines and costs in the amount of $261.

• Joseph W. Emmons Jr., 57, 520 W. Ninth St., Jasper, misdemeanor theft, ordered last week to have no contact with the victim, pay $8.99 in restitution and pay fines and costs in the amount of $261.

• Kaden C. Harris, 24, Winslow, misdemeanor driving while suspended, sentenced last week to 365 days in the Dubois County Security Center suspended to 361 days supervised probation and 24 hours community service.

• Skyler J. Anderson, 28, Loogootee, misdemeanor driving while suspended, defendant entered into pretrial diversion program last week.

• Robin L. Norman, 33, 326 W. Seventh St., Jasper, misdemeanor operating a motor vehicle without ever receiving a license, sentenced last week to 365 days in the Dubois County Security Center suspended to 180 days supervised probation followed by 185 days of unsupervised probation and 40 hours community service.

• Edward J. Boehm, 23, 715 W. 19th St., Jasper, misdemeanor operating while intoxicated, sentenced last week to 365 days in the Dubois County Security Center suspended to 363 days supervised probation and 80 hours community service.

• Tonya A. Bouillon, 37, 7588 E. 625S, Birdseye, misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia, sentenced last week to 60 days in the Dubois County Security Center suspended to 357 days supervised probation and 80 hours community service.

• Vicky L. Perkins, 61, 582 Sycamore Manor, Jasper, misdemeanor possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia, sentenced last week to 365 days in the Dubois County Security Center suspended to 365 days supervised probation and 30 hours community service.
