• Nathan P. Gibson, 39, Sellersburg, misdemeanor harboring a non-immunized dog, sentenced last week to 90 days in the Dubois County Security Center suspended to supervised probation and 24 hours community service. Defendant’s probation shall become unsupervised upon completion of all community service hours.

• John M. Davis II, 28, 9408 S. 100W, Ferdinand, misdemeanor invasion of privacy, sentenced last week to 365 days in the Dubois County Security Center suspended to 359 days supervised probation.

• Jaden J. Lankford, 18, 910 E. Sixth St., Huntingburg, Level 4 felony burglary, sentenced last week to 1,825 days in the Indiana Department of Correction with 730 days suspended to supervised probation. Defendant may serve executed sentence in community corrections with 100 hours community service within first six months of probation period.
