• Diana Gandarilla, 41, 724 W. Third St., Huntingburg, misdemeanor public intoxication, sentenced last week to eight days in the Dubois County Security Center.

• Aaron A. Messmer, 41, 10918 E. Monte Casino Road, Ferdinand, Level 6 felony domestic battery, sentenced early last week to 912 days in the Dubois County Security Center, with a stipulation the executed portion of the sentence can be served on work release so long as he remains eligible. Then, late in the week, the court ordered the defendant’s work release privileges rescinded and stated he should be held in the security center until further order of the court.

• Zachary T. Osborne, 30, 2443 S. St. Anthony Road West, Huntingburg, Level 6 felony failure to return to lawful detention with judgment of conviction entered as a misdemeanor, sentenced last week to 180 days in the Dubois County Security Center suspended to unsupervised probation.

• Richard A. Hildenbrand, 42, 4060 Wilhelm Strasse, Jasper, Level 6 felony domestic battery and neglect of a dependent, sentenced last week to 730 days in the Dubois County Security Center with 365 days suspended to supervised probation. Defendant may serve the executed portion on home detention with electronic monitoring.

• Luis E. Fierro Hernandez, 51, 3828 N. Portersville Road, Jasper, misdemeanor harboring a non-immunized dog, case dismissed last week.

• Jordon T. Earls, 31, 3595 N. Pike County Road 1000E, Otwell, misdemeanor battery resulting in bodily injury, case dismissed last week.

• William A. Schwartz, 29, 9 Arlington Court, Jasper, Level 6 felony strangulation and misdemeanor battery resulting in bodily injury and disorderly conduct, case dismissed last week.

• William Stewart, 29, Evansville, Level 5 felony battery by means of a deadly weapon (two counts), sentenced last week to 730 days in the Indiana Department of Correction with the executed sentence to be served on work release in one count and 730 days in the IDOC in the other count but suspended to supervised probation.

Seventh St., Huntingburg, misdemeanor leaving the scene of an accident and driving without ever having been licensed, sentenced last week to 180 days in the Dubois County Security Center suspended to 365 days supervised probation and 40 hours community service within two months.

• Elisha G. Seger, 22, 4677 S. State Road 162, Huntingburg, misdemeanor possession of marijuana, sentenced last week to 118 days in the Dubois County Security Center with the sentence now complete.

Eighth St., Huntingburg, Level 5 felony possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of marijuana, sentenced last week to 54 days in the Indiana Department of Correction on the felony and 180 days in the Dubois County Security Center on the misdemeanor. Defendant shall serve 180 days in the security center followed by 365 days on work release.
