• Jessica L. Amburgy, 29, 9388 E. Oak St., Velpen, misdemeanor leaving the scene of an accident, sentenced last week to 180 days in the Dubois County Security Center suspended to unsupervised probation and license suspended for 90 days. Defendant to have no contact with victim.

• Maria C. Jaent, 22, 2143 W. Skyview Drive, Jasper, misdemeanor operating while intoxicated, sentenced last week to 365 days in the Dubois County Security Center with a jail credit of one day and 363 days suspended to supervised probation and 80 hours community service.

• Daysha B. Johnson, 19, 9033 W. State Road 64, Birdseye, misdemeanor driving while having never been licensed, ordered last week to pay fines and costs in the amount of $221.

• Cody D. Cooper, 34, 513 E. Ninth St., Huntingburg, Level 6 felony possession of methamphetamine, sentenced last week to 540 days in the Dubois County Security Center with a jail credit of 59 days and 422 days suspended to work release.

• Joseph A. Mastin, 25, Richmond, Kentucky, Level 6 felony criminal recklessness, sentenced last week to 910 days in the Dubois County Security Center with a jail credit of two days and 906 days suspended to supervised probation transferred to Madison County, Kentucky.

• Laura M. Grimm, 35, Albion, Illinois, misdemeanor possession of marijuana, sentenced last week to 180 days in the Dubois County Security Center suspended to 365 days unsupervised probation.

• Joseph B. Vaughn, 23, 506 E. Pleasant View Drive, Huntingburg, Level 6 felony theft, sentenced last week to 480 days in the Dubois County Security Center with a jail credit of 56 days. Defendant will serve 68 days in the security center followed by 300 days on work release.

• Maria N. Osborne, 28, 11887 S. 600W, Holland, misdemeanor leaving the scene of an accident and an infraction for operating a motor vehicle without financial responsibility, defendant entered into a deferral agreement last week paying court costs in the amount of $454.50.
