• Adam P. Mehling, 28, 512 E. 23rd St., Ferdinand, misdemeanor criminal trespass and public intoxication, sentenced last week to 365 days in the Dubois County Security Center on the trespass charge, which may be served on work release, and, on the public intoxication charge, 180 days in the security center suspended to supervised probation. • Jean A. Smith, 51, Tell City, misdemeanor resisting law enforcement and interference with the reporting of a crime, sentenced last week to 365 days on each count suspended to 316 days supervised probation on each count, with the sentences to be consecutive, and 24 hours community service.

• Brandon M. Sink, 42, 3828 N. Portersville Road, Jasper, misdemeanor criminal mischief, sentenced last week to 168 days in the Dubois County Security Center.

• Jeremy A. Kellams, 38, 4060 Wilhelm Strasse, Jasper, misdemeanor domestic battery, sentenced last week to 365 days in the Dubois County Security Center suspended to 355 days supervised probation.

• Troy W. Young, 43, 206 N. Walnut St., Huntingburg, Level 5 felony attempted battery by means of a deadly weapon, Level 6 felony resisting law enforcement, and misdemeanor operating while intoxicated and criminal mischief, sentenced last week to three years in the Indiana Department of Correction on the attempted battery count, 365 days in the Dubois County Security Center on the remaining counts with the sentences to run concurrent.

• Harold A. McLeod, 40, 231 W. Boone St., Gentryville, Level 6 felony intimidation, sentenced last week to 730 days in the Dubois County Security Center with the executed portion of 300 days to be served on work release followed by 430 days supervised probation.
