The executed sentence of 1,089 days may be served on home detention with electronic monitoring to be transferred to the county where the defendant lives in Florida.

Madden, 26, Taswell, misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia, sentenced last week to 365 days in the Dubois County Security Center suspended to 363 days supervised probation to be transferred to Crawford County and 80 hours community service.
