• Adam E. Anders Jr., 20, 3897 S. 1025E, Birdseye, Level 6 felony battery against a public safety official, sentenced last week to 180 days in the Dubois County Security Center with a jail credit of 70 days.

• Dustin L. Herald, 32, 802 W. Kentucky St., Holland, misdemeanor resisting law enforcement, sentenced last week to 180 days in the Dubois County Security Center with a jail credit of two days. Defendant may serve executed sentence on home detention with electronic monitoring.

• Chealsey “Logan” Mattingly, 20, 408 N. Washington St., Huntingburg, misdemeanor contributing to the delinquency of a minor, probation terminated as unsuccessful last week and defendant ordered to serve suspended sentence of 293 days in the Dubois County Security Center beginning Jan. 2.

• Brandon L. Karns, 23, Odon, misdemeanor invasion of privacy, sentenced last week to 365 days in the Dubois County Security Center suspended to supervised probation.

• Brandon L. Karns, 23, Odon, misdemeanor invasion of privacy (separate case than in above cause), sentenced last week to 365 days in the Dubois County Security Center suspended to supervised probation.

• Brandon L. Karns, 23, Odon, Level 3 felony criminal confinement, Level 5 felony battery with a deadly weapon and misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance, sentenced last week to 1,825 days in the Indiana Department of Correction with a jail credit of 631 days and 210 days good time credit. Defendant may serve 730 days of the executed sentence in work release.

Defendant may serve 1,095 days on home detention with electronic monitoring.

• Tyler P. O’Keefe, 27, 6 W. Second St., Birdseye, Level 6 felony unlawful possession of a syringe and misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia, sentenced last week to 120 days in the Dubois County Security Center with a jail credit of 60 days.

• Tyler P. O’Keefe, 27, 6 W. Second St., Birdseye, Level 4 felony dealing methamphetamine, sentenced last week to six years in the Indiana Department of Correction with a jail credit of 88 days.

• Logan L. Iles, 21, 320 N. Chestnut St., Huntingburg, misdemeanor possession of marijuana, sentenced last week to 180 days in the Dubois County Security Center suspended to 355 days supervised probation and 80 hours community service.

• Cade D. Cummings, 27, Lake City, Florida, Level 6 felony dealing marijuana and misdemeanor possession of marijuna, sentenced last week to 730 days in the Dubois County Security Center suspended to 730 days supervised probation transferred to State of Florida and 40 hours community service.

• Clinton L. Kemp, 27, 3828 N. Portersville Road, Jasper, misdemeanor possession of marijuana, sentenced last week to 365 days in the Dubois County Security Center suspended to 365 days supervised probation and 100 hours community service.

• Ryan Mullins, 39, 413 N. Geiger St., Huntingburg, Level 6 felony unlawful possession of a syringe, sentenced last week to 730 days in the Indiana Department of Correction in a sentence that is stayed to long as defendant enrolls and successfully completes the Dubois County Drug Court Program.

• Amy L. Mullins, 38, 707 Church Ave., Huntingburg, Level 6 felony possession of a narcotic drug, sentenced last week to 365 days in the Indiana Department of Correction in a sentence that is stayed as long as defendant enrolls and successfully completes the Dubois County Drug Court Program.

• Amy L. Mullins, 38, 707 Church Ave., Huntingburg, misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia, case dismissed last week via the terms of a plea agreement.

• Mynor E. Mejia, 23, 205 N. Washington St., Huntingburg, misdemeanor driving while having never been licensed, ordered last week to pay fines and costs in the amount of $221.

• Christopher C. Divine, 48, 535 1/2 Main St., Jasper, misdemeanor operating while intoxicated, sentenced last week to 364 days in the Dubois County Security Center with a jail credit of 182 days, making the sentence complete.
