• Derion D. Fisher, 24, 415 E. 15th St., Jasper, Level 6 felony resisting law enforcement with a vehicle, sentenced last week to 239 days in the Dubois County Security Center with a jail credit of 158 days and 81 days good time credit. The sentence is now complete.

• Austin R. Elliott, 25, 1323 Briarcliff Parkway, Jasper, Level 1 felony child molesting, sentenced last week to 30 years in the Indiana Department of Correction with a jail credit of 449 days.

• Andrew S. Burch, 26, 109 E. 17th St., Huntingburg, Level 5 felony battery resulting in bodily injury to a public safety official (two counts) and Level 6 felony intimidation, sentenced last week to six years in the Indiana Department of Correction with a jail credit of 307 days. Defendant may serve the executed sentence on work release.
