• Samuel Thomas Weidenbenner, 19, 2350 Skyview Drive, Jasper, misdemeanor minor consuming, entered into pretrial diversion program last week.

• Kieran L. Omer, 32, Clarksville, misdemeanor possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia, sentenced last week to 180 days in the Dubois County Security Center suspended to 353 days supervised probation to be transferred to Clark County and 80 hours community service.
