• Lawrence J. Durcholz, 52, 4190 W. 1100S, Huntingburg, Level 6 felony domestic battery, sentenced last week to 364 days in the Dubois County Security Center with a jail credit of two days and 360 days suspended to supervised probation.

• Aaron J. Lubbehusen, 20, 10884 S. 200W, Huntingburg, Level 6 felony criminal confinement, sentenced last week to 912 days in the Dubois County Security Center that may be served on home detention with electronic monitoring. Defendant receives a jail credit of one day and can petition the court for modification to a misdemeanor if he successfully completes home detention.

• Selena N. Aguilar, 24, 531 W. Seventh St., Huntingburg, Level 3 felony neglect of a dependent resulting in serious injury, sentenced last week to 4,380 days in the Indiana Department of Correction with a jail credit of 508 days, a good time credit of 169 days and 1,945 days on supervised probation. After completing 50% of the executed sentence, defendant may petition for a modification to serve 366 days on home detention with electronic monitoring and 364 days on work release.

• Kane B. Harpe, 24, 402 W. Medcalf St., Dale, misdemeanor operating while intoxicated, sentenced last week to 58 days in the Dubois County Security Center with a jail credit of one day, suspended to 363 days of supervised probation.

• Deanna L. Emory, 60, Spencer, misdemeanor operating while intoxicated, sentenced last week to 365 days in the Dubois County Security Center with a jail credit of three days and 359 days suspended to supervised probation. Defendant must complete 80 hours of community service.

• Glen A. Bath, 34, 402 S. Jefferson St., Holland, misdemeanor possession of marijuana, sentenced last week to 365 days in the Dubois County Security Center suspended to supervised probation.

• Chelsea N. Hager, 22, 4614 Rhine Strasse, Jasper, Level 6 felony possession of methamphetamine, sentenced last week to 128 days in the Dubois County Security Center with a jail credit of 16 days.

• Eric M. Wright McNabb, 23, 2312 Sunset Drive, Jasper, misdemeanor public intoxication, sentenced last week to 180 days in the Dubois County Security Center with a jail credit of 11 days suspended to 270 days supervised probation and 40 hours community service.

• Linda J. Kemp, 51, 1103 Oakwood Drive, Huntingburg, Level 6 felony assisting a criminal and maintaining a common nuisance, sentenced last week to 545 days in the Indiana Department of Correction with a jail credit of 108 days.

• Sheena N. Ransom, 35, 318 N. Geiger St., Huntingburg, misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia, sentenced last week to 365 days in the Dubois County Security Center suspended to a year of supervised probation and 40 hours community service.
