• Christopher C. Divine, 47, 624 W. Ninth St., Ferdinand, Level 6 felony domestic battery, sentenced last week to 500 days in the Dubois County Security Center that may be served in community corrections.

• Cody S. Carter, 24, Bicknell, Level 6 felony failure to register as a sex or violent offender, sentenced last week to 547 days in the Dubois County Security Center that may be served on home detention with electronic monitoring.

• Aaron M. Cloe, 37, 4881 E. Jasper Dubois Road, Dubois, Level 6 felony attempted residential entry, sentenced last week to 545 days in the Dubois County Security Center suspended to 263 days supervised probation and 32 hours community service.

• Kenneth D. Korthaus Jr., 19, 3015 Westwood Boulevard, Jasper, Level 3 felony child molesting, sentenced last week to seven years in the Indiana Department of Correction with two years suspended to supervised probation. Defendant may serve the executed sentence in the Dubois County work release program.

• Elder O.M. Guerra, 34, 519 S. Meridian Road, Jasper, Level 6 felony domestic battery, misdemeanor battery and public intoxication, consecutive sentences last week of 363 days, 179 days and 179 days in the Dubois County Security Center suspended to 1,093 days supervised probation, with the defendant required to wear an electronic monitoring bracelet the first 500 days of the probationary period.

• Ricardo Herrera Jr., 23, 413 N. Washington, Level 5 felony criminal confinement and Level 6 felony resisting law enforcement, sentenced last week to 730 days in the Indiana Department of Correction, to be consecutive to any federal sentence.

• Jason A. Seidl, 31, 8025 W. State Road 64, misdemeanor leaving the scene of an accident, sentenced last week to 180 days in the Dubois County Security Center suspended to 180 days supervised probation and 60 hours community service.

• Alberto Garcia Leija, 31, 1367 E. Sixth St., Huntingburg, misdemeanor driving while having never been licensed, ordered last week to pay fines and costs in the amount of $221.

• Andrew T. Masterson, 26, 5224 W. 500S, Huntingburg, misdemeanor driving while suspended, sentenced last week to 365 days in the Dubois County Security Center with 245 days suspended. Defendant may serve the executed sentence of 120 days on home detention with electronic monitoring.

• Romeo Hidalgo Villar, 35, Owensboro, Kentucky, misdemeanor driving while having never been licensed, ordered last week to pay fines and costs in the amount of $221 within 90 days.

• Hope R. Heinz, 35, 2541 Birk Drive, Jasper, misdemeanor disorderly conduct, sentenced last week to 180 days in the Dubois County Security Center suspended to 297 days supervised probation.

• Eric M. Wright McNabb, 22, 2312 Sunset Drive, Jasper, Level 6 felony theft, sentenced last week to 730 days in the Dubois County Security Center with sentence to be stayed so long as defendant enrolls in and successfully completes drug court program.

• Hope R. Heinz, 35, West Baden Springs, Level 6 felony operating while intoxicated with a BAC of .15 percent or more, sentenced last week to 730 days in the Dubois County Security Center with the first 365 days to be served on work release followed by the remaining time on home detention with electronic monitoring.

• Nathaniel P. Johnson, 37, 675 Giesler Road, Jasper, misdemeanor possession of marijuana, sentenced last week to 20 days in the Dubois County Security Center.

• Honey D. Hosenfeld, 42, 255 Brucke Strasse, Jasper, Level 6 felony unlawful possession of a syringe, sentenced last week to 360 days in the Indiana Department of Correction to be served through the Dubois County Drug Court. If defendant completes drug court, sentence to be modified to one year supervised probation.

• Sage S.E. Banks, 21, Columbus, misdemeanor driving while having never been licensed, ordered last week to pay fines and costs of $221 within 90 days.

• Honey D. Hosenfeld, 42, 550 Newton St., Jasper, Level 5 felony trafficking with an inmate and Level 6 felony possession of a narcotic drug, sentenced last week to 730 days in the Indiana Department of Correction in a sentence that will be stayed so long as the defendant enrolls in and successfully completes the Dubois County Drug Court program. If defendant graduates from drug court, the stayed sentence shall be considered complete.
