Need For Feed

Terry Kemper fed the cattle on his farm Wednesday in Ferdinand. Kemper works for the Dubois County Highway Department during the day and cares for 30 cattle and the farm he co-owns with his brother. Kemper grew up on the property and has been farming since he was 17 years old.
