Calling all present and past members of 4-H. The Museum is unveiling their exhibit on the 4-H program in Dubois County on Thursday, September 16, at their Third Thursday Free Admission Night. The museum will be open from 5:30-8:00 p.m. that night. Come in and meet Lauren Finneman from Purdue Extension. She will also have a display and activities on 4-H. The museum is excited about showing off our collection of everything 4-H.
The exhibit team will be gathering up past award ribbons, pins, projects, trophies, pictures, project books, a queen’s crown, t-shirts, flyers, more t-shirts from an earlier time period, a special quilt made of 4-H memories, sewing projects, fabrics, etc. It is going to take a lot of cases to hold all these items.
This exhibit will be on display at the museum during its open hours. Some of the display will be on permanent display while some items are only on display till October 15.
