Mike Underhill of West Baden takes a break from helping Frankie Roach of Nicholson Valley shovel new mulch at Roach's home on Wednesday. The two have known each other for more than 20 years and work together on odd jobs such as, mulching, remodeling trailers and hauling wood. "I'm retired," Underhill said, "So it just gives me something to do."
