Pastor Robert Dexter witnessed the marriage vows of Molly Kathleen Scherle and Kyle Gregory Rupert at 2:30 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 1, 2012, in Shiloh United Methodist Church, Jasper.
Larry and Julie Scherle, 5432 W. State Road 56, Jasper, are parents of the bride. The bridegroom is the son of Tom and Angela Rupert, 245 St. Charles St., Jasper.
Shane Denu and Emily Krieble provided music for the ceremony.
Readers were Shawn Valuch and Lisa Williams.
Oliver and Samuel Helming and Leo Rasche passed out programs. Ashley Mundy lit the honor candle. Ashlyn Weitkamp and Corbyn Zehr distributed bubbles.
The bride, who was given away by her father, wore a strapless gown with a sweetheart neckline, a crystal-accented bodice with bead work and a satin belt. The layered chiffon skirt and train were accented by aurora borealis secret sparkles.
Kristin Eckerle, Fishers, was matron of honor. Jasmine Ruckriegel, Jasper, and Mariah Coley, China, were maids of honor. Bridesmaids were Ashley Selfridge of Floyds Knobs, Alicia Wilz of Holland and Kelsey Rupert, Ali Helming and Sara Stallings of Jasper. Miniature bridesmaid was Abby Eckert, Schnellville. Flower girl was Claire Eckert, Schnellville.
They were attired in strapless, navy blue gowns with crystal brooches on the empire waists.
Patrick Norris, Jasper, and Ryan Mullis, Highland, Utah, were best men. Groomsmen were Heath Kluemper, Jasper, Brock Valuch, Provo, Utah; Brandon Eck, New York City; Christopher Lynn, Louisville; and Logan Astrike, Ann Arbor, Mich. Drew Eckert, Schnellville, was ring bearer.
A reception was held at the Huntingburg Event Center.
The couple is residing at 4030 Manor Drive, Jasper, after a wedding trip to Disney World, Orlando, Fla.
The bride is a 2005 graduate of Jasper High School and a 2009 graduate of the University of Evansville. She is a teacher for the Southeast Dubois School Corp. Mr. Rupert graduated from Jasper High School in 2007 and from the University of Southern Indiana, Evansville, in 2010. He is a communications specialist at InTouch Communications.
