Memorial among top in nation for quality

JASPER — Memorial Hospital and Health Care Center has been recognized with 2020 quality award rankings from CareChex Awards by Quantros.
These rankings listed Memorial Hospital in the Top 100 in the nation for Medical Excellence in Overall Hospital Care and in the Top 10% in the Nation for Medical Excellence in Overall Surgical Care. The rankings also listed Memorial Hospital in the Top 10% in the nation for Patient Safety in Overall Hospital Care and Overall Surgical Care.
In addition, Memorial Hospital ranked No. 1 in the state for 2020 in the following areas: Medical Excellence in Gastrointestinal Care, Medical Excellence in General Surgery and Medical Excellence in Major Bowel Procedures.
Memorial Hospital also ranked in the top 100 in the nation for 2020 in the following areas: Medical Excellence in Gastrointestinal Care, Medical Excellence in General Surgery, Medical Excellence in Heart Failure Treatment and Medical Excellence in Major Bowel Procedures.
Memorial Hospital ranked in the top 10% in the nation for 2020 in the following areas: Medical Excellence in Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease, Medical Excellence in Neurological Care, Medical Excellence in Pulmonary Care, Medical Excellence in Sepsis Care, Medical Excellence in Stroke Care, Patient Safety in Cardiac Care and Patient Safety in Major Bowel Procedures.
